We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Front Office Executive (Female) to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage front office operations including phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
- Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Senior Front Office candidate with strong customer service experience, preferably from hospitals, hotels, banks, or similar service-oriented industries
