Talent 360 is hiring a
Senior Frontend Developer (Team Lead) to join their team in a
hybrid work model based in
Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring high code quality and timely delivery
- Own frontend architecture and implementation across web and mobile (iOS & Android)
- Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment
- Ensure performance, scalability, accessibility, and best frontend practices
- Contribute to frontend technology decisions and roadmap planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development using React.js
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile applications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
