BlackStone eIT is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Team Lead to join our dynamic technology team. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications
- Coordinate project planning, task assignments, and track progress to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Encourage adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance productivity
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of full stack development experience with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies
- Proven experience in a team lead or technical lead role
- Expertise in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar
- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies, preferably .NET Core, ASP.NET, or Node.js
- Experience with database design and management, including SQL Server or equivalent
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects on time
