Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer (AI & Automation), based in Qesm El Maadi, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Senior Full-Stack Web Developer will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining scalable web applications that integrate AI and automation technologies. Daily tasks include front-end and back-end software development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing application performance, and implementing complex algorithms to enhance system functionalities. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring high-quality code, and contributing to project planning and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complete websites and web platforms from concept to launch.
- Implement secure, scalable architectures across backend and frontend environments.
- Integrate AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, automation platforms, personalization engines).
- Build CMS-driven environments (WordPress, Webflow, Next.js CMS, or similar).
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance UI/UX experiences.
- Set up analytics, tracking, SEO foundations, and conversion frameworks.
- Manage deployments, hosting, and environment configuration.
- Ensure site security, backups, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and strategy teams.
- Suggest and implement AI-driven productivity and automation enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web development experience.
- Proven experience delivering complete websites end-to-end.
- Strong expertise in modern web stacks (e.g., React / Next.js / Node.js / PHP / WordPress / Webflow).
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI platforms and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, hosting, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with SEO-ready site builds and performance optimization.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage deliverables independently.
- Comfortable working in an hourly-based consultancy model.
