At Reverse Tech, we are on a mission to create, launch, and scale our own digital product brands in the health and wellness space. Our goal is ambitious we aim to help 10 million people improve their health by 2026 through hyper-targeted, mass-scale brands. We specialize in subscription-based business models and pride ourselves on being results-focused, with no big egos, just big data.

We currently operate two main in-house brands. And we are actively innovating and building a third brand, developed fully in-house and launching soon.

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in creating and managing effective advertising campaigns on Google Ads platforms, with a strong focus on Demand Gen campaigns, as well as Search. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across all Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will operate in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment where rapid testing, data analysis, and continuous optimization are key to scaling performance.

About The Role

  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen and Performance Max) using data-driven insights and best practices.
  • Optimize ad budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using advertising platform analytics, but also data visualization tools such as Tableau, Sigma and Mixpanel.
  • Research and test new ad formats, features, and audiences to identify opportunities and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, copy, and product) to ensure alignment between campaign objectives and execution.
  • Communicate and report on campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

Skills needed

  • 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads, including Search and at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Demand Gen and Performance Max campaigns, in a digital business environment, ideally a subscription-based B2C product.
  • Experience managing and scaling Google Ads accounts with six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, including knowledge of its policies, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with B2C app business metrics (CPA, AOV, LTV, CTR) and an understanding of how funnels operate.
  • Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate and test new ideas.
  • High sense of ownership and proactivityyou take initiative and drive results.
  • Experience with complex environments, multiple products. Unblocking new businesses.

Nice To Have But Not Mandatory

  • Experience in the health & fitness vertical
  • Knowledge in automation integrations for efficiency
  • Experience with other advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, or TikTok)
  • Experience using n8n, coding, no-code tools or automations extensively.
  • Experience with subscription models.
