Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for creating professional, high-impact visual materials that communicate our mission and support our client engagements. You will work across presentation design, brand materials, pitch decks, and corporate communications, bringing creativity and technical excellence to every project.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and format professional PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and corporate profiles with exceptional visual appeal and clarity.
- Create branded visual content for social media posts, marketing materials, and digital communications.
- Support light branding activities including style guide development, template creation, and brand asset refinement.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and enhance creative output.
- Collaborate with consulting and business development teams to translate complex sustainability concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials while adapting designs to different audiences and contexts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies in the sustainability and climate sectors.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Canva.
- Demonstrated experience creating professional pitch decks, corporate presentations, and brand materials.
- Proven ability to work with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) and integrate them into design workflows.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with brand identity development and maintaining brand consistency.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and best practices across platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail with commitment to delivering pixel-perfect work.
- Understanding of sustainability, climate, or corporate ESG topics is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consulting, corporate, or agency settings.
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation design, brand materials, and digital content.
- Technical proficiency in design software and willingness to learn new AI-powered tools.
