Auera Digital is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and take a leading role in developing visual identities, branding, and digital content for clients across the Saudi and Egyptian markets.

We're looking for someone who combines strong design skills with strategic thinking, understands how brands should communicate visually, and can lead a creative team to deliver high-quality work consistently.

• Develop and execute Branding & Visual Identity projects from concept to final execution.
• Create creative concepts and visual directions that align with each brand's positioning and marketing objectives.
• Design high-quality Social Media Content, Digital Campaigns, Presentations, and Marketing Materials.
• Develop visual content suitable for both the Saudi and Egyptian markets, with an understanding of the differences in audience, culture, and communication style.
• Lead, review, and manage the work of junior designers and creative team members.
• Set creative standards and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and account management teams to translate strategies into strong visual concepts.
• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to the design team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• 4+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Branding, Visual Identity, and Social Media Design.
• Proven experience working with brands in the Saudi and/or Egyptian markets.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, composition, color theory, and visual communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to develop concepts, not just execute designs.
• Previous experience leading or managing a design team.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Experience in Motion Graphics / After Effects is a plus.

A designer who can think like a creative lead, understand brands like a strategist, and manage a team like a leader.
