Senior Graphic Designer

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with over 7 years of experience to lead our design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality visual designs for digital and print media.

Develop innovative design solutions that meet business goals and enhance brand identity.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive visual content.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

Create and update brand assets, including logos, templates, and style guides.

Mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Review and provide constructive feedback on design work produced by the team.

Trend Awareness:

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company's visuals fresh and competitive.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or creative environment.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (branding, digital, print, social media).

Experience with UI/UX design and motion graphics is a plus.

Knowledge of Arabic typography and design aesthetics for the Saudi market.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
