About the Role
This is a full time onsite role, based at our office located in Maadi

We are a full-service advertising agency based in Maadi, Cairo, looking for a talented and driven Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative studio. In this role, you will be a key creative force translating briefs into compelling visual concepts across a wide range of media. You will collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and account managers to deliver exceptional creative output that meets client objectives and elevates our agency's work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute creative concepts across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and in-store activations from brief to final delivery.
- Develop original visual identities, campaign artwork, and brand applications that are consistent, innovative, and production-ready.
- Actively integrate AI-powered tools into the design and ideation workflow to accelerate concept development, generate visual references, produce custom illustrations, and enhance overall creative quality while maintaining full creative ownership and brand integrity across all outputs.
- Adapt creative executions across multiple formats and mediums including print, OOH, digital banners, social content, and POSM
- Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to internal teams and clients with confidence.
- Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers within the studio.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging media, and the competitive landscape to ensure fresh and relevant creative output.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a Faculty of Applied Arts or Fine Arts is a must
- Minimum of 3 years in a Senior Graphic Designer role or at least 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in usage of AI-powered tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E 3, Runway ML, and Kling AI & Pika Labs
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in After Effects is a plus.
- Proven background working agency-side in a full-time creative studio environment.
- Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creative concepts across multiple media channels.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
- Flexible and committed to working on-site from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Important notes
Candidates without advertising agency experience will not be considered, regardless of years of experience. Freelance-only backgrounds or in-house corporate design roles do not qualify for this position. A portfolio link or PDF is mandatory with every application.
