Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design high-end creative assets for digital media, large-format print, pitch decks, corporate communications, sales centers, retail environments, events, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop, document, and enforce comprehensive visual guidelines governing typography, color palettes, iconography, photography, and layout systems.
• Partner closely with marketing, corporate communications, and development teams to translate high-level strategic objectives into compelling, market-ready visual concepts.
• Oversee final production files and review deliverables to guarantee all visual outputs adhere to luxury real estate standards and brand consistency.
• Actively leverage AI-powered design and production tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI) to streamline workflows, enhance ideation, and accelerate content generation without compromising design integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of graphic design experience within a reputable creative/branding agency, luxury retail company, or real estate developer.
• Real Estate experience is strictly required. Proven track record in real estate branding, property marketing, or architectural design collateral.
