Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-level creative work across platforms: print, digital, social, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising
- Contribute to brand evolution and visual system development
- Craft professional presentations and pitch decks
- Research design trends, tools, and emerging creative technologies (including AI tools)
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5 years of graphic design experience within a digital or advertising agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus)
- Proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
Skills
- Diverse and strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across print, digital, and campaign projects
- Experience developing innovative design solutions across online and offline platforms in agency or in-house settings
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Effective communicator and team player
- Knowledgeable about marketing trends and best practices in visuals
- Understanding of production processes and output formats
- Experience with image enhancement, retouching, and upscaling tools
