Trendlix is hiring a Senior Client Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in marketing agencies or creative agencies to drive high-value B2B client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end client acquisition strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, target, and engage high-potential B2B clients for marketing, advertising, branding, digital, and creative services.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals, pitches, and commercial offers tailored to agency services and client business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to align acquisition campaigns, lead generation funnels, and positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline management, ensuring visibility into opportunities, forecasts, and deal stages.
- Negotiate pricing, scopes, and commercial terms in coordination with the Account Director and management.
- Track and analyze acquisition KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue performance, recommending improvements where needed.
- Represent the agency at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to generate new business.
- Provide market, competitor, and client insights to support service development and growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 36+ years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency this is a mandatory requirement.
- Proven track record of closing agency deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of agency services, scopes of work, retainers, and project-based pricing.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret pipeline data and conversion metrics.
- Professional, confident, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to attend meetings, events, and activations as required
