Purpose:
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms in line with the Group's marketing and communications strategy and business targets, while driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation through performance-driven marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
1.Strategy and Planning
- Implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies supporting the Group's objectives, leveraging channels such as paid search, display advertising, paid social, affiliate marketing, SEO, App Store Optimization (Apple App Store and Google Play), and Large Language Model (LLM) visibility and brand presence.
- Oversee campaign performance, analyse data to support informed decision-making, and develop and manage performance marketing budgets.
- Proactively monitor campaign trends and identify opportunities to optimize performance and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to support performance marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and sales funnel strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy and targeting.
- Drive customer engagement, conversions, and repeat purchase rates.
2. Growth & Owned Channel Optimization
- Drive growth initiatives by leveraging the Group's programs and services, promoting experimentation, improving performance metrics, and evaluating the long-term business impact of marketing efforts.
- Social media moderation:
- Ensure timely monitoring of comments, mentions, and direct messages across platforms.
- Maintain responses in line with brand tone and agreed SLA targets.
- Escalate priority issues (e.g., complaints, reputational or compliance risks) to relevant teams.
- Enforce community guidelines, including managing spam or harmful content.
- Track recurring themes and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders to inform strategy and content direction.
- Develop and optimize owned engagement channels (email, WhatsApp/SMS, and in-app messaging) to strengthen customer education, improve retention, and build long-term brand trust.
3. Campaign Management & Optimization
- Develop and execute integrated digital performance campaigns across online and social media platforms to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and high-value actions, including app downloads, website visits, onboarding, and recurring transactions.
- Lead the execution and continuous optimization of performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. Design and manage structured testing frameworks (A/B and multivariate testing), define success metrics, allocate and manage budgets, and leverage performance tracking and attribution tools to maximize ROI, improve conversion rates, and scale high-performing initiatives through automation.
4.Budget Management
- Own and manage digital marketing budgets for performance campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and support business objectives.
5.Collaborate with business and IT (Product and Data Science teams) to identify trends and leverage emerging technologies. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance web and mobile UX, content, and campaign effectiveness. Ensure seamless implementation of integrations across applications and websites to support data-driven marketing initiatives, improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention, while maintaining appropriate data governance and platform integrity.
6.Growth Strategy Execution
- Collaborate with the Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, mining, and visualization, generating actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, maximize ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
- Own and manage the growth marketing roadmap, ensuring timely and effective execution of initiatives across digital channels.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaignsincluding online, social media, email, push notifications, search engine marketing, SEO, display, mobile marketing, and influencer partnershipsto drive customer engagement, conversion, and repeat usage.
7.Data Analysis & Reporting
- Leverage analytics tools and platforms to gather, analyze, and interpret performance data across campaigns, channels, and marketing assets. Track KPIs and ROI on a regular basis to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Generate and present comprehensive performance reports on campaigns, assets, and KPIsincluding competitive benchmarkingto inform optimization strategies and guide data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct social media performance analysis, evaluating engagement, audience growth, targeting effectiveness, and ROI to adapt strategies and ensure alignment with the brand roadmap.
- Monitor and analyze email and other owned channel campaigns, providing strategic recommendations to improve performance, engagement, and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
8.Collaborate with business teams to understand their roadmaps and identify growth opportunities. Lead analytical deep dives and translate complex data into actionable insights. Develop and maintain visual dashboards of key metrics for stakeholders and executives, highlighting trends and opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
9.Conduct industry benchmarks and competitive research to inform decision-making and planning and stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
10.Manage external agencies and strategic partners to optimize digital marketing performance. Collaborate with key providers (e.g., Meta, Google) to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and drive measurable growth.
11.Website & Chatbot Management
- Oversee website performance and user experience, ensuring intuitive navigation, SEO and SEM optimization, and alignment with lead generation and conversion goals.
- Drive engagement strategies across digital touchpoints to secure leads, enhance retention, and improve the customer journey.
- Chatbot Management:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of chatbot dialogue flows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance engagement, improve customer satisfaction, and streamline user interactions.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and high-quality customer experiences.
12.Work closely with key partners, when applicable, to monitor campaigns, media plans to ensure proper implementation, cross-posting & best digital implementation to achieve results
13.Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.
14.Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.
15.Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Mass Communications.
- 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Proven track record in B2C and B2B digital marketing, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Experience designing and executing structured marketing tests and campaigns, analyzing results, and deriving actionable insights.
- Expertise in paid advertising (PPC, social media ads, Google Ads), campaign management, performance optimization, A/B testing, and overall digital marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), website analytics, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for marketing purposes.
- Proficiency with measurement, analytics, and customer engagement tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, WebEngage, Salesforce, and Gameball.
- Ability to convert raw data into actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Goal-oriented self-starter capable of operating strategically and tactically, prioritizing and delivering results in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, provide clear feedback, build partnerships across teams, and manage conflict constructively.
