Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Guest Relations professional, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Guest Relations team member will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by addressing guest inquiries and concerns, managing customer interactions, and resolving service-related issues. The role involves coordinating with various departments to maintain high service standards, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of guests. Key tasks include facilitating seamless communication with guests, handling feedback, and identifying opportunities to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with guests and internal teams
  • Customer Experience and problem-solving abilities to address guest needs proactively
  • Sales skills to promote services and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with a team in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or a customer-focused environment is highly beneficial
