About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan is currently seeking a Senior Guest Relations Manager to join the resort's Nightlife Marketing team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Serve as senior point of contact for VIP and UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) guests, ensuring flawless, personalized service. Mentor and train GRMs to ensure service excellence and revenue-driven performance.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including database growth, revenue conversion, dining-to-nightlife transitions, gaming referrals, loyalty engagement, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new Ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with marketing on database growth strategies and targeted outreach.
  • Partner with event teams to ensure GRM support for activations and campaigns.
  • Develop strategic ideas with the marketing team and help execute guest-facing events and experiences.
  • Ensure GRM involvement in pre-event planning, guest targeting, and post-event follow-up.
  • Design and implement segmentation and targeting strategies for promotions, events, and outreach campaigns.
  • Lead departmental efforts to drive VIP table bookings and premium experiences across daylife/nightlife and dining outlets.
  • Create initiatives to grow restaurant revenue by increasing dining-to-nightlife conversions.
  • Set and monitor team revenue and booking targets, ensuring consistent achievement and growth.
  • Analyze guest insights to shape re-engagement strategies for high-value clientele.
  • Strengthen cross-promotions between nightlife and gaming loyalty programs.
  • Lead collaboration with restaurant managers, gaming hosts, and marketing to share guest insights and align strategies.
  • Ensure operational excellence across guest relations functions, including service delivery and guest handling.
  • Provide visible leadership presence during peak nightlife/daylife hours to support VIP hosting and team performance.
  • Oversee CRM usage, ensuring accurate entry and reporting of guest profiles, reservations, and bookings.
  • Review and analyze nightly guest reports, providing strategic recommendations to the Director of Nightlife & VIP.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing preferred.
  • Advanced certifications in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or CRM analytics highly valued.
  • Minimum 57 years experience in nightlife, luxury hospitality, or gaming guest services.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing guest relations or VIP services.
  • Proven ability to grow and maintain large-scale guest databases with measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience hosting UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) guests and VIP clientele in luxury settings.
  • Strong background in cross-department collaboration (marketing, gaming, dining, entertainment).
  • International hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced CRM and data analytics proficiency (URvenue or equivalent).
  • Strategic thinking with ability to design guest acquisition and retention programs.
  • Leadership skills: mentoring, training, and managing guest relations teams.
  • Exceptional networking ability with global VIPs and influencers.
  • High cultural intelligence and ability to operate seamlessly in diverse luxury markets.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • English fluency is mandatory; multilingual ability (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, European languages) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years due to involvement in gaming-related operations.
