Senior Hardware Estimator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as a Senior Hardware Estimator. The primary duties include reviewing project specifications and blueprints, analyzing costs for hardware materials, preparing precise cost estimates, and collaborating with design and procurement teams. The Hardware Estimator ensures that estimates are accurate and align with project requirements. Additionally, the role involves monitoring industry trends to assess price fluctuations and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards when preparing bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in doors and Architectural ANSI & BSEN Hardware.
• Proficiency in cost estimation methodologies, accuracy in budget planning, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting BOQs/BOMs, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Experience with using software for project management, estimating tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in hardware project estimation or related roles is advantageous.
