Senior Helicopter Operations Coordinator (JOC)
Role Highlights
- Plan and coordinate offshore helicopter movements and flight schedules
- Manage marine logistics activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations
- Resolve passenger and cargo scheduling conflicts using logistics IT systems
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including offshore locations, ports, contractors, and aviation/marine service providers
- Act as a super-user for cloud-based logistics systems critical to offshore operations
- Support 24/7 operations through a rotating shift and on-call roster
Requirements
- College education or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years experience in helicopter or supply vessel operations within oil & gas or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of safety risks related to personnel and cargo movement
- Fluent English (verbal & written)
- Strong planning, analytical, and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems
