Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee housekeeping operations across multiple sites or a large facility. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent client/customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned properties or cluster sites
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, supervisors, and team leaders
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, SOPs, and quality control procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and ensure targets are met
- Handle client communication, complaints, and service improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with health & safety (HSE) regulations
- Train and develop staff to improve productivity and service quality
- Prepare reports, budgets, and cost control strategies
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in housekeeping management (hotel, FM, or residential)
- Proven experience managing large teams or multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment
- Familiarity with HSE and hygiene regulations
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage operations under pressure
Preferred Skills- Experience in hotels, hospitals, or facility management companies
- Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly cleaning practices
