Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee housekeeping operations across multiple sites or a large facility. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent client/customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned properties or cluster sites
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, supervisors, and team leaders
  • Ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, SOPs, and quality control procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services
  • Monitor SLA/KPI performance and ensure targets are met
  • Handle client communication, complaints, and service improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety (HSE) regulations
  • Train and develop staff to improve productivity and service quality
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and cost control strategies
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in housekeeping management (hotel, FM, or residential)
  • Proven experience managing large teams or multiple sites
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment
  • Familiarity with HSE and hygiene regulations
  • Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage operations under pressure
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in hotels, hospitals, or facility management companies
  • Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly cleaning practices
