About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR & Admin Executive to support the establishment and daily operations of our Dubai office. This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, visa and immigration processes, office administration, and employee support to ensure smooth business operations and a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and familiar with UAE labor regulations and local administrative processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation tracking, and off-boarding
  • Coordinate employment contracts, HR documentation, and employee records
  • Support monthly payroll preparation including data consolidation, leave tracking, and benefits administration
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries
Visa & Immigration
  • Handle employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related government processes
  • Liaise with PRO, government authorities, and external vendors to ensure compliance with UAE regulations
  • Track visa status and ensure timely renewals
  • Support employees with relocation and documentation
Office Administration
  • Manage office operations including facilities, supplies, vendors, and workspace management
  • Coordinate office setup, maintenance, and workplace health & safety requirements
  • Manage office budget tracking and vendor contracts
  • Support company events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives
Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
  • Assist with internal reporting
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with regional HR, finance, and business leaders
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance employee experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 36 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience, preferably in UAE
  • Hands-on experience with UAE visa and immigration processes
  • Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR compliance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Arabic or Mandarin language skills is a plus
