Job Description
Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational structure
Lead annual performance, merit, and incentive review cycles
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding strategies
Enhance employee retention and engagement
Support succession planning, career paths, and development initiatives
Provide coaching on employee relations and HR policies
Monitor KPIs and recommend HR improvements
Ensure compliance with policies, labor laws, and best practices
Requirements Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in a complex or project-based environment
3+ years in a managerial role
Preferred certifications: CIPD, SPHRi, SCP, HRBP
Strong skills in communication, planning, coordination, and influence
