Factory/Operations Sr. HR Generalist (non-manager):
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Lead HR projects in our factory (Recruitment, Training, Compensations and Benefits, Performance management, Personnel Management, and etc).
• Implement functional internal databases across all departments and locations.
• Oversee our payroll transactions and performance evaluation systems.
• Assist the Head of HR and Admin and Factory Manager in designing our factory policies and procedures.
• Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.
• Prepare budgets by department.
• Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates.
• Manage internal communication projects.
• Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR compliance (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements.
• Work closely as an assistant for both the Head of HR & Admin functionally and the Factory Manager administratively in any other task that will be assigned with regard to the HR field.

Key qualifications and skills:
• BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• HR professional diploma is a must, with accredited HR certification is more preferable.
• 6 - 9 years experience as a proven experience as an HR Generalist in an industrial environment is a must.
• Excellent knowledge of all labor Egyptian laws and regulations.
• Gender: Males only .

• Excellent writing and verbal skills in English.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Is able to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent People and communication skills.
