Job Title: Senior HR Operation Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for Senior HR Operation Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, oversee and validate payroll processing (WPS) and benefits administration, ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies, supervise HR operations staff, maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation, coordinate visa processing, labor cards, and medicals with PROs, monitor attendance and leave management (including site workforce), handle HR audits and reporting, resolve employee relations issues related to operations, and continuously improve HR processes and workflows.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the construction industry.

- Immediate joiner and currently in UAE.
