Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior HR Recruitment Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews and assessments, handling onboarding processes, and collaborating with department heads to meet hiring needs. Additionally, the specialist will provide training and development support to ensure the growth and retention of employees.

Role Overview

The Senior HR Recruitment Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles. This role requires an individual with deep market understanding, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven success hiring in competitive tech and fintech markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across technical, product, finance, and business teams.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates within the fintech and tech sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand workforce needs, and provide consultative support on talent planning.
  • Manage sourcing efforts across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, referrals, and direct sourcing).
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured methodologies and competency-based assessments.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain recruitment analytics, reporting metrics, and pipeline dashboards to support effective decision-making.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen Arib Fine Tech's market positioning as an employer of choice.
  • Stay current with industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in fintech/tech recruitment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of proven recruitment experience within fintech or technology-focused companies (mandatory).
  • Strong experience with full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data, IT).
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and advanced recruitment tools.
  • Strong interviewing and evaluation skills, with expertise in competency-based interviews.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and improve processes.
