Senior HR Technology & Transformation Manager

A leading regional organization is seeking a Senior HR Technology & Transformation Manager to lead the evolution of its HR systems landscape and support large-scale HR transformation initiatives.

This role will be instrumental in driving HR technology optimization, project delivery, and change adoption across the organization, ensuring systems effectively support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR technology projects, including system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations.
  • Drive end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation and optimization, ensuring alignment with business and HR operational needs.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable HR tech solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, governance, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.
  • Champion change management and adoption strategies to ensure smooth implementation and user engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology enablement and automation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR Technology / HRIS leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (mandatory).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record in change management and driving technology adoption.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
