China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Senior HSE Officer to join our HSE team in a newly awarded High Rise Tower Project in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and yearly HSE management plan, supervise the implementation of HSE plan and taking correction actions. Lead other HSE officers and assistance in daily & weekly site inspections as per HSE plan prepare monthly KPI of HSE staff, provice proposal of year end appraisal to all HSE staff to PM &PD.
- Lead, Organize and take part in training and induction for all staff & visitors on any topics related to HSE management. Prepare PPT for HSE weekly & monthly meetings, organize the meetings with presentations, and lead in keeping proper documentation for records of all these activities.
- Lead in preparing Risk Assessments for all Method Statements on site with support from Project Engineers and Technical Manager, take part in briefing of MS to construction team and subcontractors, monitor the implementation of MS on site, and lead in keeping proper documentation for records of all these activities.
- Lead in supervising HSE observation reports from all staffs for any unsafe act/unsafe condition, supervise issuing of warning and penalty to concerned person/team properly, ensure the discipline actions & procedures are close looped, and lead in keeping proper documentation for all these activities.
- Prepare HSE incident investigation and near miss report, prepare KPI and HSE dashboard for review of Project Manager and PD, follow up other tasks assigned by HQ HSE department.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Health and Safety or Engineering
- 10+ Years of experience in buildings Projects
- PMP Certificate; IOSH and other HSE managing certificates preferred
