Senior Human Resources Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In this position, the professional will implement and manage HR policies and procedures, oversee employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include managing talent acquisition, handling employee relations, and developing initiatives to support employee engagement and satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with departmental teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Strong expertise in Human Resources, HR Management, and familiarity with HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Proficiency in labor law compliance and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the education or services sector
