Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in New Cairo. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will oversee and implement Recruitment process ( White & Blue Collars ), HR policies and strategies, support employee relations, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. They will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, handling employee inquiries, and supporting HR projects to meet the organizational goals of KRM Foods Industries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes with expertise in Employee Relations and organizational culture development.
• Strong experience in HR Management and implementation of HR strategies and practices.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and labor law compliance; ability to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly preferred.
