Lead and manage core HR functions across the company with a strong focus on continuous recruitment for retail branches and key administrative roles. The position ensures effective staffing, smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance to support a stable and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Own the full recruitment cycle for store sales teams, addressing the ongoing need for frequent hiring.
- Manage hiring for supervisory, office, and mid-management roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure branches remain fully staffed.
- Reduce hiring lead time and ensure fast, high-quality placements.
- Track manpower needs and proactively fill gaps across all locations.
2. Onboarding, Orientation & Offboarding
- Deliver structured onboarding programs aimed at reducing early turnover.
- Ensure complete documentation, contracts, and HR system entries.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze reasons for turnover, and recommend improvements.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a senior point of contact for employee issues and inquiries.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.
- Support engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Conduct store visits to stay close to employee needs and challenges.
4. HR Operations & Policy Implementation
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and shift compliance.
- Ensure timely coordination of payroll inputs with Finance.
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.
- Ensure full compliance with labor law and internal standards.
5. Performance Management & Development
- Coordinate performance reviews, KPIs, and goal-setting with managers.
- Identify training needs, especially for retail sales teams and supervisors.
- Support the development of career paths and succession planning.
6. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly reports on headcount, hiring, turnover, employee distribution, and recruitment status.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and propose strategic solutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized HR records.
Job Requirements
- 47 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to manage continuous recruitment cycles and high-volume hiring.
- Solid knowledge of labor law, HR operations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
