Senior Human Resources Recruiter

At Expert Engineers, we're looking for a recruitment-driven HR professional who enjoys sourcing top candidates, conducting interviews, and helping the company hire the right people.

Location: Dokki, Giza – On-site

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Setup: Saturday (WFH) + Sunday–Thursday (On-site)

Basic Salary: 12:15 k + Bonus.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings and HR interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring performance.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring across different business functions.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
