Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. The Senior HR Recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, and collaborate with hiring managers to address critical staffing needs. Key responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and maintaining compliance with recruitment policies. The role also entails contributing to employer branding and assisting in the development of talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR software tools
- Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute employer branding initiatives
- Understanding of compliance and employment laws related to recruitment
- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving organizational talent goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
