Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfer, promotion, contract changes, and offboarding.
  • Prepare, review, and manage employment-related documents; draft and update HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines in compliance with local labor laws and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems; conduct basic HR data analysis and prepare regular operational reports to support decision-making.
  • Support the implementation and effective use of HR systems, ensuring process alignment, data accuracy, and user adoption.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits research, including market benchmarking and internal data collection, to support HR planning and optimization.
  • Coordinate, develop, and manage HR vendors (excluding payroll), including service onboarding, daily coordination, and performance follow-up.
  • Maintain routine communication with local labor authorities as required, supporting compliance, registrations, and HR administrative matters.
  • Support HR audits, compliance checks, and internal HR reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for HR operational improvement; demonstrate ability to learn and apply AI or digital tools to enhance efficiency and problem-solving.
  • Provide operational support to HRBP and management teams, ensuring timely execution and follow-up of HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to HR operations or HR shared services.
  • Good understanding of local labor laws, HR policies, and HR operational best practices.
  • Strong execution ability with high attention to detail and process compliance.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
