Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to oversee and manage all HR activities, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with Saudi labor laws, and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning.
- Address employee requests and handle government platforms (such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures.
- Oversee payroll, health insurance, and employee benefits programs.
- Lead training, development initiatives, and performance management.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration activities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
