Senior HVAC Design BIM Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Prepare HVAC design drawings complete with Technical Reports and Engineering Calculations using all relevant software.

* Prepare the design works for the project in accordance with international standards and local codes/regulations.

* Ensure effective coordination with other disciplines such as Architectural, Electrical and Structural Engineering.

* Using Autodesk software (Revit & AutoCAD).

* Prepare Cooling load calculations.

* Prepare Pressurization and Smoke Management systems calculations.

* Design and size ducting and piping systems.

* Familiar with ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.

* Perform selection of HVAC equipment and size the mechanical rooms.

* Prepare Data Sheets, Systems Comparison Reports, and Bill of Quantities.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

* BSc. in Mechanical Power Engineering.

* 12 - 15 years of experience in the Design Field.

* Revit is a must.
