Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join our project team in Dubai. The role will involve leading the design, execution, and coordination of HVAC systems for commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with local codes, client specifications, and international standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HVAC execution activities for commercial and residential projects.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
- Handle chiller systems, district cooling networks, and VRF systems effectively.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure HVAC works comply with project specifications, drawings, and regional standards.
- Review HVAC shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, and site safety related to HVAC works.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site.
- Prepare progress reports and support project close-out documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum8 years of relevant HVAC experience.
- Proven local experiencein HVAC systems execution.
- Strong experience with:Chiller systems, District cooling systems, and VRF systems.
- Overall HVAC execution and coordination experience.
- Valid driving license(mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of regional codes, standards, and authority requirements.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
