Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Immigration and Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement.

This role involves promoting and selling the company's immigration and real estate services, understanding client needs, building long-term relationships, and successfully closing sales opportunities while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to deal closure.

Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend suitable immigration or real estate solutions.

Manage client communications and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and meetings while maintaining consistent follow-ups.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, immigration programs, and real estate offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in Real Estate, Immigration Services, or Consultative Sales.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Proven negotiation and closing skills with a strong sales mindset.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
