Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Representative with strong experience in industrial and engineering-related sales to join a leading international organization serving production and manufacturing facilities across regional markets.
This role is ideal for a commercially strong professional who has successfully built relationships within industrial, technical, or process-driven environments and has a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial production facilities and engineering sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and procurement decision-makers.
- Promote technical solutions within water treatment, chemical, or related industrial services environments.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with confidence and clarity.
- Understand client operational needs and propose tailored solutions that add measurable value.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through structured pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of proven sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Water treatment
- Chemicals
- Industrial / engineering services
- Production support services
- Strong track record in B2B sales and deal closing (mandatory).
- Prior exposure to manufacturing or production facility clients is highly preferred.
- Experience working in multinational or structured corporate environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to engage confidently with technical and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Profile:
- Hunter-oriented sales personality with strong commercial drive.
- Familiarity with industrial operations and technical sales cycles.
- Ability to operate in complex, solution-based selling environments.
Important Note for Candidate Fit:
We are specifically seeking candidates with direct or closely related industry experience in industrial, water, or chemical sectors. Strong general sales profiles without relevant technical or industrial exposure will not be considered.
We are open to adjacent industries within engineering services supporting production facilities, provided the candidate demonstrates strong B2B sales achievements and relevant client exposure.
