We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Analyst to join the team of a prominent FMCG company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in Riyadh. This critical role involves overseeing and enhancing the security of the organization's endpoints and firewalls while ensuring robust protection against emerging threats. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in endpoint security technologies, firewall configurations, and incident response.

PS: We will prioritize Saudi Citizens for this specific role as per our client's company policies.

This position is offered under an outsourced employment model. The hired professional will be engaged by Nizmara and deployed to the client as a full-time consultant. Subject to performance and organizational requirements, the employment may later be transferred to the client's payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the security of our endpoints (computers, laptops, mobile devices) and firewalls.
  • Implementing and managing endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
  • Monitoring endpoint security tools for alerts and investigating security incidents.
  • Developing and implementing endpoint security policies and procedures.
  • Deploying and managing endpoint security software, including antivirus, anti-malware, and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions.
  • Configuring and managing firewalls to protect the organization's network.
  • Monitoring firewall logs for suspicious activity.
  • Implementing firewall rules to control network traffic.
  • Troubleshooting firewall issues.
  • Performing security audits of firewall configurations.
  • Participating in incident response activities, including investigating security breaches, containing damage, and implementing remediation measures.
  • Working with other IT teams to implement and maintain security solutions.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of endpoint security technologies, including antivirus, anti-malware, EDR, and DLP.
  • Strong understanding of firewall technologies and their operation.
  • Proficiency in network security concepts and protocols.
  • Ability to analyze security logs and identify potential threats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest endpoint security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Staying current on firewall best practices and emerging threats.
  • Typically, 5+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on endpoint security and firewall operation.
  • Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment is often preferred.
  • Experience with commercially available off-the-shelf technologies used in a Cybersecurity Operations Center environment is desired.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
