Job Title: Senior IT Manager
Location: Dubai
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Manager to oversee and manage all components of the IT function, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, SAP/ERP systems, applications, cloud, networking, and IT support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in leading large-scale IT environments and hands-on experience in SAP implementation or rollout, ensuring seamless integration across business units. Experience in an FMCG company is an added advantage. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the full IT landscapeinfrastructure, cybersecurity, SAP/ERP, networking, cloud, hardware, and user support.
- Drive and manage SAP implementation, enhancements, integrations, and support, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Develop and execute IT strategy, cybersecurity roadmap, DR/BCP plans, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee IT security operations (threat management, audits, compliance, vulnerability management).
- Ensure high system uptime, performance, and scalability to support business growth.
- Manage SAP vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure IT governance, policies, SOPs, data protection, and compliance standards across all systems.
- Lead IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, security enhancements, and system deployments.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, and HR teams for SAP process alignment.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and service level performance.
- Oversee IT service desk performance with strong user-centric support frameworks.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree (MBA/IT Management) is an advantage.
- Preferred certifications: SAP certifications, CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL, PMP, CCNA/CCNP, Azure/AWS.
Experience
- 8-15 years of progressive IT experience, including SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, networking, and enterprise systems.
- Prior experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume operational environments is an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing technology transformations and multi-module SAP landscapes.

- Expertise in SAP functional and technical management, integration, and project execution.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of cyber defense, infrastructure architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and network security.
- Vendor management, project management, budgeting, and IT operations excellence.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Arabic and English fluency (mandatory).
