Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Specialist based in Sharjah. The individual will be responsible for overseeing network administration, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support for IT-related concerns. The role also includes collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth IT operations and efficient system performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology concepts
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Expertise in Network Security and implementing effective security measures
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address user concerns and provide support
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar credentials are a plus
• Experience working in a healthcare or medical environment is an advantage
