About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Institutional Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our institutional client base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the forex industry, proven experience in acquiring and managing high-value institutional relationships (including brokerages, hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, and fintech platforms), and the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and onboard new institutional clients across global markets
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow institutional revenue
  • Build strong relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, liquidity providers, introducing brokers (IBs), and proprietary trading firms
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and tailor pricing structures based on client potential and volume
  • Coordinate with compliance, dealing, marketing, and legal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and relationship management
  • Represent the company at international expos, financial summits, and networking events
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to refine the institutional growth strategy
  • Prepare regular pipeline, performance, and market intelligence reports for senior management
  • Contribute to product development by gathering feedback from key partners

Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years experience in institutional sales or business development within the Forex/CFD industry
  • Strong network of institutional clients across MENA, Europe, Asia, or LATAM
  • Excellent knowledge of trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader), liquidity aggregation, APIs, and FIX protocol
  • Experience with B2B negotiations, pricing, and onboarding institutional partners
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage long-term relationships
  • Understanding of global regulatory environments (ESMA, FCA, CySEC, DFSA, FSA Seychelles, etc.)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, Russian) are a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and lead new initiatives
