Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer & Support Engineer (Immediate Joiner) with strong expertise in enterprise integration platforms based on IBM technologies. This is a hands-on role involving development, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support of business-critical integration environments.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in microservices and RESTful API architectures, along with Linux and automation skills, and can quickly integrate into ongoing operations to ensure system stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform development, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and enhancements across IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM DataPower Gateway, IBM API Connect, and IBM MQ
- Develop and maintain integration flows and APIs between internal and external systems
- Troubleshoot runtime issues in production and non-production environments
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Support deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production
- Manage MQ queues, channels, listeners, and cluster configurations
- Automate operational activities using Linux shell scripting
- Monitor integration performance and availability
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in on-call support rotation
- Maintain technical documentation and operational guides
- Ensure secure and compliant integration solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain system resilience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years hands-on experience with IBM ACE/IIB, DataPower, API Connect, and MQ
- Strong integration and API architecture knowledge
- Experience with XML/JSON transformations
- Understanding of microservices and RESTful design
- Production support and performance troubleshooting experience
- Linux and shell scripting proficiency
- Strong SQL and database knowledge (RDBMS & NoSQL)
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven (CI/CD)
- Knowledge of TLS and security certificates
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
