Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Senior Interior Architect. The Senior Interior Architect will be responsible for designing and executing creative and functional interior spaces, ensuring alignment with architectural goals and client requirements. Key responsibilities include space planning, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing interior fit-out processes, and ensuring design excellence. The role requires supervising projects from concept to completion and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in ultra-luxury interior projects, with significant on-site involvement.
• Advanced technical expertise in interpreting, reviewing, and correcting complex shop drawings and joinery details.
• In-depth knowledge of high-end materials, including rare marbles, specialized metals, and exotic woods, with an understanding of installation tolerances.
• Strong ability to coordinate between design office and site, manage specialized contractors, and ensure zero-defect luxury finishes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to design fidelity in execution.
• Proven portfolio of completed projects in:

1. 5-Star Hospitality (international luxury hotels)
2. Fine-Dining Restaurants (high-concept, intricate material palettes)
3. Ultra-Luxury Residential (HNWI residences or palatial homes)
