Are you a senior interior design leader with a passion for delivering high-end residential and luxury developments from concept through to completion
We're partnering with a leading master developer to appoint a Senior Interior DesignManager who will play a key role in shaping, managing, and delivering interior design across complex, large-scale projects.
The role at a glance
This is a leadership-focused, hands-on role overseeing interior design from early ideation through construction and handover. You'll work closely with consultants, internal project teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure design excellence, programme alignment, cost efficiency, and seamless deliverywhile building and mentoring a strong internal team.
What you'll be doing
- Lead interior design management across high-end residential, mixed-use, and hospitality-led developments
- Manage the full design lifecycle, from early visioning and concept through to site delivery and completion
- Act as the primary interface between consultants, delivery teams, and senior leadership
- Review and approve design outputs to ensure alignment with approved briefs, standards, and regulations
- Drive quality, programme, cost control, and risk mitigation throughout the design process
- Resolve design conflicts efficiently to maintain momentum and alignment across stakeholders
- Present design strategies, progress updates, and key decisions to senior leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop an internal interior design team
What we're looking for
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master's degree or MBA highly desirable)
- 1215 years interior design experience, including 7+ years in the GCC/UAE
- Strong background in high-end and luxury residential projects (essential)
- A balanced mix of consultancy and developer-side experience
- Proven end-to-end project delivery experience, from ideation through to completion
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong design sensibility combined with commercial and delivery awareness
