We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team, contributing to the design development and visualization of our healthcare facilities and projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in interior design, high-quality 3D rendering, and technical drawings, with the ability to translate concepts into realistic and executable designs while coordinating with different project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts aligned with project requirements and brand standards.
- Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for interior spaces.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical drawings.
- Coordinate design activities with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Review and update design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Support design development through all project phases, from concept to execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs while maintaining quality standards.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 37 years of relevant experience in interior design and rendering.
- Strong proficiency in:
- 3Ds Max
- V-Ray
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interior design and 3D rendering projects.
Working Schedule:
- 8 hours per day
- 5 days per week
