Senior Interior Designer

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring creative excellence and technical accuracy throughout. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong leadership, a refined design vision, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will collaborate closely with internal design, CAD, and visualisation teams, as well as external consultants and suppliers, to deliver high-quality residential and hospitality projects in line with established design standards and client expectations.

• Lead concept design, space planning, and mood board development

• Prepare, review, and oversee design documentation, drawings, and specifications

• Manage client presentations, design reviews, and approval processes

• Guide, mentor, and review the work of junior and intermediate designers

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained

• Oversee materials, finishes, and FF&E selection

• Ensure projects are delivered with high levels of quality, accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years professional experience, preferably within Dubai or the wider GCC

• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and/or hospitality projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent design sensibility with strong detailing and FF&E knowledge

• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Proven ability to manage projects independently and work effectively under pressure

• Salary: AED 15,000 18,000 (depending on experience and portfolio)
