Senior Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects and mentor a team of designers in our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a creative visionary with over 6 years of experience, possessing a strong ability to lead large-scale residential, high-end villa projects and encompassing interior design projects.

The Senior Interior Designer will have a strategic influence over design direction and play a key role in client management and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects, ensuring design concepts are translated into high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate with clients to define project goals, design preferences, and functional requirements.

Develop comprehensive design proposals, including mood boards, 3D visualizations, detailed layouts, and technical drawings.

Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furniture that meet both aesthetic and budgetary goals.

Lead and mentor a team of interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate and communicate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and address any on-site issues.

Stay updated on market trends, innovative design solutions, and emerging technologies to incorporate into project designs.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in high-end interior design, with leadership responsibilities.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design tools.

Extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure.

Excellent client relationship management skills, with experience in managing high-profile clients.

Familiarity with UAE building regulations and codes is preferred.
