We're hiring | Senior Interior Designer Dubai
We're expanding our interior team and are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and seeing design ideas realised on site.
In this role, you'll lead high-end residential and commercial projects from early concept through to execution, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You'll have the opportunity to shape design direction, guide junior designers, and ensure design quality is carried through every stage of delivery.
What you'll be responsible for:
Leading client engagement, briefing, and concept development
Creating and overseeing mood boards, design development, and 3D visualisation
Coordinating technical drawings, materials, finishes, and specifications
Reviewing BOQs to ensure design and budget alignment
Conducting site visits to protect design intent during execution
What we're looking for:
5+ years experience in interior design
Confidence leading projects and engaging directly with clients
Strong design sensibility with technical and site awareness
A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
Location: Dubai
