About the Role:

An established international design consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex hospitality, healthcare, and commercial interior projects from concept through to completion.

This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially aware and design-driven professional with proven experience managing projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining exceptional design quality throughout all project stages.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, coordinating consultants, driving commercial performance, and ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest design and technical standards.

Strong Revit proficiency is essential, including experience leading BIM workflows, overseeing documentation quality, and coordinating large-scale project models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex interior design projects from concept design through to delivery and IFC documentation
• Develop and present compelling design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations
• Oversee space planning, FF&E coordination, material selection, and technical detailing throughout all project stages
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, and commercial performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Oversee BIM coordination, Revit workflows, and quality control of project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, technical standards, and client expectations
• Review technical drawings, detailing packages, and documentation to maintain design quality and accuracy
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to project teams while fostering a collaborative studio culture
• Drive high design standards and contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience leading hospitality, healthcare, commercial, or other complex interior projects
• Proven experience managing projects from concept through delivery
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, programmes, and client expectations
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring project teams
• Advanced Revit proficiency with BIM coordination experience essential
• Strong conceptual design ability combined with excellent technical knowledge and detailing skills
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and managing project stakeholders
• Strong understanding of construction methods, technical documentation, and project delivery workflows
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
• Degree qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
• Previous GCC/UAE project experience preferred
