We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer (Medical Background & Visualization Focus) to join our team and play a key role in the design development, visualization, and execution of our healthcare facilities and medical projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in interior design for medical environments, advanced 3D visualization and rendering, and technical drawings, with the ability to transform concepts into realistic, high-quality visuals and executable designs while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts aligned with healthcare regulations, project requirements, and brand standards.
- Lead the visualization and 3D rendering process, producing high-quality, realistic visuals for medical and healthcare spaces.
- Create detailed 3D models, renders, and walkthrough visuals to support design presentations and approvals.
- Prepare and review detailed shop drawings and technical drawings.
- Coordinate design and visualization activities with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Ensure design accuracy, technical compliance, and constructability of all visual and technical outputs.
- Support design development across all project phases, from concept, visualization, and approvals to execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of visualization and design outputs while maintaining high quality standards.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 37 years of relevant experience, preferably in medical or healthcare projects.
- Strong proficiency in:
- 3Ds Max
- V-Ray
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating medical interior design, visualization, and 3D rendering projects.
Working Schedule
- 8 hours per day
- 5 days per week
