Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site supervision activities for interior design works on luxury hospitality projects.
- Ensure implementation of approved interior design drawings, specifications, and material schedules in line with design intent and brand standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely execution.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and samples, providing clear technical feedback and recommendations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved designs and project specifications.
- Identify and resolve design-related site issues, clashes, and discrepancies in coordination with the design and technical teams.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination workshops, preparing technical reports as required.
- Monitor installation of FF&E, loose furniture, lighting, finishes, and bespoke elements to ensure alignment with luxury standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and site regulations during execution.
- Support snagging, handover, and final inspections, ensuring all interior works meet project and client expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in interior design, with strong exposure to site supervision on luxury hotel or high-end hospitality projects.
- Proven experience working with international hotel brands and luxury design standards.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, materials, and finishes relevant to hospitality interiors.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
